Using vroomdeal

vroomdeal is a platform that allows both individual car owners and dealers to post vehicles for sale. By using vroomdeal, you agree that:

Posting a Car

To post a car on vroomdeal:

• You must pay a listing fee of $3 via Stripe. Listings will remain pending until payment is confirmed.
• Once payment is confirmed, your listing will be made active.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post, including vehicle details, pricing, and contact information.

Prohibited Conduct

When using vroomdeal, you agree not to:

• Post any false, misleading, or fraudulent information about the vehicle you are selling.
• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Post content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Using vroomdeal to post spam, unsolicited communications, or scams.
• Attempt to interfere with the functionality of the platform or access unauthorized areas of the site.

vroomdeal reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, including posts deemed as spam, scams, or fraudulent, without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Fees and Payments

• The listing fee is $3 per car and is non-refundable once the listing has been activated.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we do not store your payment information.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

Limitation of Liability

vroomdeal is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or verify any vehicles listed on our platform. As such:

• vroomdeal is not liable for any transactions, disputes, or issues that arise between buyers and sellers.
• We make no guarantees regarding the condition, legality, or performance of the vehicles listed.
• You use vroomdeal at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our platform or the sale of a vehicle.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• The content you post on vroomdeal, including the accuracy of vehicle information and contact details.
• Communicating with buyers or sellers and managing your own transactions.
• Following all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle sales and purchases.
